Whitney Stohr joined Selah Downtown Association as Executive Director in March 2016. She is originally from Yakima, having grown up in Gleed, and she graduated from La Salle High School of Yakima in 2004. Previously, she lived in Washington, D.C., where she worked with community and non-profit organizations on community development, historic preservation, environmental policy and sustainability. She is passionate about civic engagement, economic development, local history, and promoting the arts and cultural activities.
Whitney holds degrees from the University of Montana (B.A. Political Science), the University of Florida (M.S. Ecological Restoration), Gonzaga University School of Law (J.D.), and The George Washington University Law School (LL.M. International Law).

Mandie Dolezal joined Selah Downtown Association as Community Ambassador in June 2018. Mandie owns a small, local business teaching painting and art classes at various venues throughout Selah and the Yakima Valley. She has always found great join in teaching and inspiring others, as well as a passion for art and a love for people. She believes that supporting and connecting small, local businesses with one another cultivates a thriving community. Mandie holds a teaching degree from Central Washington University with a minor in Teaching English as a Second Language.
